Gute Lage nahe Luzerner Altstadt. Bus und S-Bahn Haltestellen jeweils fussläufig erreichbar, mit S-Bahn nur 2 Stationen (5 Min Fahrt) vom Luzerner Hbf entfernt. Ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Hotel. Gästekarte enthält leider keine gratis Fahrten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nach Luzern, da das Hotel in Horw liegt. Frühstücksbüffet könnte vielfältiger sein (Saft aus Automaten, kein Rührei oder frisch gekochte Eier)

Très propre, personnel très sympatique. Rien à redire sinon que la chambre, neuve, moderne, carrée (et très correcte) n'avait de loin pas le charme de celle qui est présentée sur la photo.

Bruyant et pas d'ascenseur

Le personnel est agréable, la chambre est propre et joliment décorée. Cependant il n'y a pas d'acenseur pour accéder aux chambres, les escaliers sont long et exigus, pas facile de monter à monter avec ses grosses valises. Les chambres sont situées à côté d'un axe routier principal, impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte alors qu'à l'intérieur il faisait très chaud et pas de clim. L'équipement est minime: pas de mini bar, pas de bouilloire pour café. Bref, pour 400.- 2 nuits à 2 on mérite mieux. Au moins préciser sur la fiche qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur.
