Overall it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only downside was the room was a little warm and the AC couldn’t be turned down
I really enjoyed staying at the hotel and the location was perfect, close to everything. The receptionist who checked us in was fantastic and helpful. Very great Italian’s restaurant nearby.
Terrible hotel. Would not be staying again. No aircon, room was very very warm. Hair dryer was broke (didn’t notice this until needed in the morning). No telephones in the rooms to contact reception so any issues you may have will need to be reported directly to reception, which isn’t ideal if you’re in a rush or have young kids with you.
Great location, Hotel Bar and Breakfast but room is basic with pod type bathroom, poor drainage and shower pressure issue.Also we lost hot water in shower at peak time AM.
Night security was a bit fking annoying... i get it but come on ince.ive shown you a key im sitting in the lobby for as long as a uber delivery takes.. kept pestering saying cant be here bro. Can be where eve i ant to be bro.
Great service upon check in. Rooms are basic with no decent coffee making facilities.

The place is best for solo travelers. Room is small for shared. The bathroom is super tiny. Felt like going on a boat. Not sure why they didn't provide extra towels or hand towels. Bathroom floor kept getting wet. Our sick didn't drain properly. The lights kept flickering. TV was set to ADA which was odd. There is no phone in your room to request things. When you use the app. Its not easy. We asked for room service twice and they never came to clean. Especially because I was sick that day. No fridge or microwave either. Downstairs bar does have cups of water but no water refill stations.
Weekend trip with my family, really enjoyed it. Amazing service from checkin. Staff were really nice and friendly. And the lady at the bar was so nice too. Would highly recommend.
