We had hoped for a 2pm check in however our room still wasn’t available at 4pm. We had to put our bags in the shared luggage room as we had an event to attend and we were very short on time. We had planned to have showers and get changed but this was not an option. We were put to extra expense by having to book an Uber to get to our event on time.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The entire hotel was ungodly hot. The towels smelled like they were never washed. The phone did not work, even to call the front desk. There was pink mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. the was a bug crawling across one of the beds. It was terrible. If you book here and find out how terrible the place is, Expedia will NOT fully refund your money. I got less than half back. If you try to get a refund from the insurance, the hotel will never refund the remainder of your money. Probably, don't use Expedia at all. They offered a $100 credit as if I'm ever going to book through Expedia again.

More older, bathroom wasn’t as clean the shower is older, small space, no windows, the ac, very warm. It was like if it was a storage room and they made it to a room with beds and a bathroom

Tiny bathroom and shower, not much space with only one set of sockets for a three person room. Camp beds with only one cushion each. Couldn’t sleep properly as the temperature was too hot in the room with no way to open windows. Wish the chair was cushioned as the wooden one was uncomfortable. Went to make a cup of tea and found a hair in the mug and wooden stirrers instead of spoons. Only good things was a nice welcome and quick check in, wasn’t the same on way out, just wanted card back.
Looks spacious but was cramped. Tiny bathroom is opposite the beds

Nice budget hotel, service was excellent, reception staff very helpful. Stayed on my own for work trip, would recomend. Hotel rooms have been updated, simple but functional. Great transport links.

Very nice hotel with restaurants and metro subway nearby. Pleasant staff. Cool tiny rooms that make you get the full London experience. Good 30 minute walk to Notting Hill’s iconic street.

Area is safe and quiet. Hotel is about a10 min walk to many food options and underground stations. Room was clean, a little small especially with stroller but we managed. Staff was very accommodating to our requests.
