We recently stayed at this property and overall had a mixed experience. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and feels very private. Itâs more spacious than we expected, and the hot tub was a great perk. It is, however, farther from downtown Reno than we realized, so just be aware of the extra drive time.On the downside, the home wasnât as clean as we had hoped upon arrival. There was Pinesol left in the kitchen sink, some dirt and debris around the house, and the blinds in the master bedroom were broken, leaving a gap that compromised privacy from the backyard. Thereâs also no TV in the master bedroom, and we had trouble getting the bathroom outlets to work. The garage is locked for guests, which wasnât a major issue for us since there was no snow during our stay, but it could be inconvenient in winter and makes it harder to ensure the property feels fully secure. The sliding door locks also didnât function, and instead there were sticks placed to secure the doors.As for communication: before our trip we had to reschedule due to a medical emergency, and the owner was very accommodating in allowing us to change our dates for a fee, which we appreciated. However, later during the stay we were contacted about our dog being present,even though weâre almost certain we paid the pet fee in our original booking.
