Despite being expensive, the hotel staff was welcoming, the room was nice In the 3 days I was there my trash was never emptied, used towels were never picked up and room never attended too. Poor room care. Parking was $39/49 per night or you could park on the street - on busy evenings 3 blocks away!! Not desirable I doubt I will stay there again

The room was clean and we got a free upgrade to a larger room. The only downside is it's a pain to walk anywhere, though it is close enough to the Nobel and UTC Blue Line stops and the rapid loop buses.

Room was clean. Staff friendly. However, despite paying $250/night, they don’t include parking and wanted $39/night. There’s plenty of empty spots in their garage because there’s street parking and no one wants to pay $39 extra for every night to park their car.
