"Wir waren von diesem Hotel sehr positiv überrascht, es war viel besser als wir erwartet haben. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig, dass Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage vom Hotel genau im Zentrum, zu fuss ist sehr vieles erreichbar. Aber das beste am Hotel war die eigene Rooftop Bar !!!! Alleine diese ist übernachtung schon wert. Wir würden jedem dieses Hotel empfehlen und werden selber bestimmt auch wieder in diesem 5 STERNE Hotel übernachten."

"Received an upgrade to a room one or two categories better, so was very happy with the suite I received. Generally, the hotel is great with a nice interior, especially in the lobby. The elevators are quite old and slow, I spent a long time waiting for them throughout my stay... Food at the restaurant was average and quite pricey for what you get. Gym had very limited options for training and sad that it closes at 9pm already. The roof bar would be interesting but was either closed or too crowded when I headed there... The location next to Gran Via is definitely amazing, couldn't ask for more."
