We had such a wonderful stay at this absolutely beautiful property; truly appreciated all of the eco-friendly features - luxury doesn’t have to come at the cost of damaging the earth. The staff made our trip and arrival so extra special and they were incredible throughout our short stay!

We were a group of 9 staying to do the marathon and we couldn’t have picked a better hotel. The whole staff team were exceptional, from Britt, Senne and Putri in reservations and reception through to the team in the restaurant especially Fajar who remembered me wanting soya cappuccinos each morning. Super friendly and helpfu one and all. The restaurant food was great such that we ate there a lot more than we'd originally planned and they catered brilliantly for coeliac vegetarians like me. They opened breakfast early on marathon day at 6am which was perfect. The wellness centre was also ace - the pool is cool temperature wise which is great for swimming and has great hydro jets. The sauna super hot and good steam room too. It is also beautifully styled and very eco conscious. Finally getting into town was easy - either a 1.7km walk or two stops on the 26 tram to central. And finally very peaceful at night. And for those that like fresh air when you're sleeping you can open the patio doors wide rather than be stuck with those teeny windows you get in some hotels. Probably one of the best places I've ever stayed for combining a beautiful hotel with such warm and friendly service. Thank you team!

We were charged €62 city tax and €100 deposit immediately after explaining we had an awful journey in the staff barely asked about our wellbeing or made conversation. Staff weren’t very talkative throughout besides at the end. Zoe was very nice. Hotel is gorgeous overall just expensive but breakfast was lovely.

The breakfast menu is standard and the same in all 4 nights. Was a bit surprised as many star hotels change main menu everyday. Little bit upset about that. I am a globe trotter but this is a strange experience.

The room was straight out of a picture book, the pool was so relaxing and the food was delicious. I came for my birthday and upon seeing my passport, a member of staff went into the back and brought me out a bar of chocolate! So simple but just a lovely gesture

Excellent hotel and staff.

Lovely hotel and highly recommended. All the staff including the cleaners are just so friendly. The rooms are spotless and so comfortable. Wide variety of foods to choose from at breakfast and cooked beautifully. Location is perfect, No.43 bus stop directly outside hotel. Trams close walking distance. Central Station is actually visible from the hotel. We had a superior waterfront room and would definitely recommend just for the view. Thank you to all at Hotel Jakarta, we will be booking again.
