"Die Lage des Hotels am Darling Harbour ist großartig, trotz der parallel verlaufenden Schnellstraße, die man leider bei Zimmerlage in Richtung Stadt auch hört! Das Frühstück ist super reichhaltig, eine große Auswahl von frischem Obst über div. bestellbare Eierspeisen, Süßgebäck, warme Angebote und verschiedene Yoghurt- und Müslisorten. Lediglich die Käseauswahl ist begrenzt! An manchen Tagen (vor allem sonntags) oder zu manchen Uhrzeiten hat man auch Wartezeiten für einen Tisch in Kauf zu nehmen. Der Zimmerservice ließ leider für ein 5 Sterne Hotel zu wünschen übrig. Nach 10 Tagen fragten wir an, ob auch mal der Teppichboden gesaugt werden könnte - noch während wir im Zimmer waren stand plötzlich eine Dame mit Staubsauger im Raum, das hätte man anders und regelmäßiger regeln können! Im Bad fehlte mal das Toilettenpapier, mal der Badeteppich, der Pumpspender für den Conditioner funktionierte nicht - erst auf Hinweis wurde nachgebessert. In der Küche wurde Tee nicht nachgelegt oder ein Tab für die Geschirrspülmaschine fehlte. Der Pool in der 29. Etage ist sehr schön - toller Ausblick, bietet allerdings nur wenige Liegeplätze und wenn kleine Kinder schreien und toben, auch nur wenig Erholung. Die Bar dort oben ist abends toll! Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel, es war immer gut gebucht hat man gemerkt und wenn wir wieder nach Sydney reisen, würden wir erneut dort buchen, in der Hoffnung, dass sich bei dem Preis der Service noch verbessert! "
