Bathroom smelled for a few days like sewage and when we mentioned it we didn’t hear „ I’m sorry“ it was just acknowledged and „we are sending a technician“. Hotel def has issues with drains and smell in bathrooms.

The rooms were really nice and spacious. The building was interesting and architecturally unique. The restaurant had excellent food but the service went from really bad to really good : Lunch took 2 hours, the bar tender took 15 to pour a draft beer, checkin took 20 minutes, workmen in the hallway started before .8;00am. It was a good 3 plus star hotel with overall service, but 4 star with lovely rooms

A stunning conversion of an old gasworks into a modern stylish and comfortable hotel. Beautifully designed. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, and the Mangold Restaurant is two rosette standard - worth a visit in itself!
