All are good except service, upon checking out, I was told for being overcharged on the tourist tax, good thing is they refunded me, bad thing is all of my colleagues were waiting for me on the refund which could have done it on 2nd night stay...

Really good hotel, only negative was room needed a fridge, i dont drink hot drinks so unable to enjoy a cold drink in our room. My husband doesnt drink coffee so we had to ask for a kettle for tea. This came within 15mins. Overall would recommend this hotel, even though it is VERY close to the station we didnt have any noise problems.

Slow check in. Staff not very friendly or welcoming. VIP perk of the spa was overrated. Had to use a service corridor to get there and told it could only be used once. Room had a bad smell, old carpets. Breakfast too busy, long queue to even be seated
