Comfortable stay and great staff.

Hotel chosen for location as wanted to be near Liver Building. We were upgraded on arrival to a family room overlooking the water. Very comfortable and clean. Staff were great, particularly Lauren in the Restaurant and Brad at Reception. Both are a credit to the hotel.

Fantastic staff

This was our 3rd visit to this hotel and we probably won't stay anywhere else in Liverpool. We were there for the last Liverpool game and also the parade and when checking in the receptionist told us she'd given us a room overlooking the road so we'd be able to watch the parade from the comfort of our room which we did as it rained all day. Johanna from the front desk also helped us to get a taxi to the game, the whole team are really a credit to the company so much so that we treat them to chocolates as a thank you.

The only negative we had during our stay was that there wasn’t a plug for the hairdryer in the bathroom. Otherwise it’s a great location to explore around the Liverpool area. The room and the facilities were excellent!

Thier was a function/party going on the night we went near to our room music still playing at midnight we phoned reception and complained and they said the music was going off in 10 minutes which it did but to have loud music playing after midnight with no consideration for other guests was unforgivable so will not be booking this hotel again when next in Liverpool.

Best hotel in Liverpool

I stay here regularly I find it well positioned for walking and public transport. It has excellent on site parking, which is rare in Liverpool. The staff at the hotel hit absolutely the right level of friendliness and being accommodating. The restaurant serves great food at a reasonable price. All round a fabulous hotel.
