Bad experience

We were told that no parking spaces are left and had to park away from the property. On their website they state - ‘plenty of parking available on site’ There were fruit flies in the corridor as well as in the room. I have never seen that kind of filth before in UK. Even there were fruit flies at breakfast. Will not recommend this property to anyone

Brilliant stay in a good location on the Albert Docks. Very clean, good spacious room, and loads of options at breakfast which I wasn't expecting so very pleasantly surprised! All staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Good location at the dock area. Easy walk into city centre. Lots to do close by. Nice hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast. Only one negative. Kitchen chairs in the room were a bit tatty (cracked & worn faux covers) and a better quality seat would suit.
