The property is located at the airport and we used it for that reason. But the instructions on how to get to it through the airport or nonexistent. We walked for an hour with very little idea of where to go to get to the property asking numerous people and very little signage. When you make the reservation, you should be given instructions on how to get into the property from the airport. It was miserable.

Enjoy this property for its convenience to the terminals. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Restaurant service a little slow, but it was really busy. Will stay there again.

Stayed 1 night. Arrived after 11pm from a full day of travel. Staff were efficient at check in. The restaurant was closed and the desk clerk offered me option of grab & go items located in the recption area. A well stocked tea & coffee tray in the room was also a plus for me. Like the hotel's ideal location in LHR Terminal 2.

This is the perfect hotel especially if you are taking a transport to south Hampton to start a Princess cruise. It would be great for lots of situation where you need to stay and move on the next day. Great location and there was zero airplane noise what a surprise.

This was the worst travel experience in my over 1,000 trips over 5 decades. I emailed the hotel that I would be in late due to a flight delay. My wife and I arrived at 1am and the manager said there were no rooms available because of a plumbing problem, but he would drive us to another hotel where they made a reservation. Neither the manager or the staff could even look us in the face. We both thought they just oversold. We are exhausted so we go back on the elevator and return to the ground floor. There’s no manager and eventually a different hotel employee pulls up and brings us to the Renaissance, not the Hilton. The manager said they sent 8 other customers to the hotel because of the plumbing problem. The service rep at Renaissance said we were the first coming from any other hotel that night. The manager said they would pick us up in the morning and drive us to terminal 2. The Hilton Garden was a 1 minute walk and was why we chose that hotel. No one showed up and we were going to get a taxi, but there was a fire in the tunnel so no taxis were getting through. We eventually got a ride to the train station and had to take a 20 minute train ride to get the terminal. The 2 employees including the service manager were very helpful. We barely made our flight and the stress involved already ruined the day. I would not recommmend anyone to stay at the Hilton Garden terminal 2 at Heathrow. They better refund my money or I”ll be taking this up with the corporate office.

The staff at this property did not seem happy. The restaurant staff in the evening were not working together which at times affected the customers. Meal in the evening was average. Runway bar was nice although expensive. We found the buffet at breakfast was well stocked and most enjoyable. Room was clean and well cared for. We stayed at this hotel for its convenience, but we are unsure if we will stay here again.

The location and dining options were very convenient. We also liked that there was an ATM and a place to wash clothes. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to London. Convenient by train to downtown London without the London city prices. Easy to hop on the flight home as well.

Airport hotels are unique in what they need to supply to the traveling public. That uniqueness means that customer service and satisfaction are essential. Often that hotel is a stand alone entity for the traveling public, which includes many frequent hotel customers. I’ve been one of those customers for years. The Hilton Hotel at Heathrow Airport met and exceeded our expectations. We would strongly recommend using this hotel if your travels include a stopover at Heathrow Airport in the future.
