The Kimpton Fitzroy Hotel is absolutely stunning. A beautiful heritage property designed by the architect who has a connection with the Titanic. The hotel has everything you could ask for from a 5 star establishment. You can even request a complimentary red light mask, and Theragun massage device. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back.

Disappointed with this stay!

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and this was the only time I have been disappointed, and boy was I disappointed. Our room on the 8th floor was tiny, dark, and hot. There were only two super small windows with inaccessible blinds placed so far up on the walls they couldn’t be changed. The bed seemed to be broken and it felt like sleeping on the top edge of a hole that was threatening to suck you in all night. The temperature was not adjustable, so it was far too warm. The shower pressure was so weak that it was ridiculous. All in all this stay was nothing like those I’ve enjoyed in the past. I really don’t know if I will ever stay here again.

The hotel is incredible. The staff are amazing and so helpful. It was a special occasion and we had a lovely surprise waiting in our bedroom. Fitz's bar is wonderful. Top of our list for London hotels.

Beautiful hotel with history and great location

Very nice hotel with an excellent location in Russell Square. The historical connection to the Titanic is fascinating. The spaces are spacious, clean, and very well maintained.

Beautiful hotel

We had the room with 2 double beds. It was beautiful-- beds very comfortable. We booked it because it was close to St Pancreas Sation where we were taking a train to Paris. Expensive but worth it for a good night sleep after a long flight.
