Rooms were small with very little space for all family clothes and the room carpet was quite uncleaning. Cleaning while we were there for 5 days was sporadic and we had enquire to make sure it happened. Cleaning also included leaving spare towels in a room that already had little space. Coverall quite a disappointing experience (for the price).

Absolutely stunning hotel, visually beautiful. I will not forget the roof top bar, absolutely beautiful views. Loved the design of the hotel and the art work, all stunning. Loved the spa facilities. Everything was perfect but please make the room telephone instructions more explicit...otherwise perfect stay, but I had ask for help with it more than once which was stressful :(. Thankfully Nick was on duty the next morning, he was really helpful and could not have been more apologetic. I would definitely come back. Absolutely stunning hotel. Wonderful experience.

We cancelled the first night with you. An. Asian girl confirmed we have insurance when we got to the hotel they charged us. Then the manager said he would alter bill no one did anything. We have insurance we hated to cancel the first day it we had no choice the insurance should cover that. Please work it out with the. Leonardo who did not hero there word. They said they corrected it they lied.

Staff were welcoming and Initial impression was good but the cleaning was of very poor standard with dust up the walls. Left over items on the bed side table and floor and just generally didn't feel like the room had been cleaned very well and not what you should expect in your own house let alone a hotel. Informed staff at the end and even the response then was also poor. I'd not recommend this hotel currently due to current standards.
I wasn't going to spend Mt time taking photos but this is just one example of just nothing being cleaned and was as soon as we entered the room

I was accompanying my fiancé for travel. I’ve also stayed in this area a lot for my work. It’s a great base for work in the city or just as a tourist. Easy transport options, lots of food and drink options, lovely hotel. Great rooftop bar, small but adequate pool area. I’d asked for a room with a view but got an internal atrium view. We enjoyed the breakfast. I was able to have a late check out for a small fee.

The hotel and staff was excellent. Executive room was superb with lots of extras and a great view of St Paul’s cathedral. The special guest executive lounge serviced free beverage and snacks throughout the day which was a lovely treat.

The hotel's location is great, being close to several tube stations and attractions. The hotel itself is very nice. They have a second building adjacent to the main one; you need to go outside briefly to get to it. The elevators are on both sides of this building, which is a bit unusual. The breakfast is very good, as is the bar. The main restaurant has a few interesting options and serves its purpose well. In terms of the rooms, there's a catch. We were a family of four (two adults and two kids), so we booked a family room. The room was quite small for four people, with two queen beds and limited space—only two small drawers and enough room for two pieces of luggage. We stayed for a week, so we couldn't fully unpack and had to leave three suitcases in the middle of the room. The bathroom is decent, but the shower is very small—like the old circular showers you find on some cruises. If you are a larger person, you would barely fit. We are not big, and we even had some issues. Also, as others have mentioned, housekeeping is not the greatest. We had to call them twice in a week because it was almost 6 PM and our room had not been serviced. While the rest of the hotel is spotless, the rooms are not, and they need to pay more attention to this. There is a pool, but there's another catch. Minors can only use it at certain times throughout the day, with a two-hour window in the early morning, mid-afternoon, and before they close at 10 PM. The hot tub was also broken twice during
