Beautiful hotel and great location

I was recommended this hotel by a friend and it was a fantastic choice. Lots of food places around it. Paul’s Cathedral is 200 feet away. All the hop on hop off buses are also less than 3 minute walk away. Millenium bridge is a few hundred feet away and can be walked over to the other side of the Thames. Blackfriars station is nearby. Service in the hotel was good. Got the room cleaned daily. Breakfast buffet was good. Ate there daily. Was included in my booking. Free WiFi was available. The area was clean. Hotel concierge service was very helpful. Checked in in the evening and check out at 11am. All painless.

Stayed at Leonardo St Pauls for a girls trip. The location is stunning where the view from the rooftop bars is amazing overlooking St Pauls Cathedral. We stayed in a room for 4 people but i did book an accessible room but the shower wasnt accessible & when i asked for a shower stool they didnt have any but the receptionist went out of her way to find a chair for the shower. The issue is none of the rooms for 4 are accessible & they didnt notice my booking. We also had a blocked sink which they fixed. So even though there were some minor issues they effectively rectified them. The breakfast was ample & lovely, tea & coffee maker in the bedroom & the beds were the most comfortable ive ever stayed in. The spa was nice to relax also. Would definitely return to this hotel as it made such a good base.

Impressed by this hotel!

We had a great stay at Leonardo Royal St Pauls - the hotel was nicely laid out, the rooms were modern and very clean, the breakfast was one of the best we've had, and the hotel bar Leo's was great with brilliant staff. We did have a small issue on check in but this was resolved by staff in a reasonable timeframe. My only criticism is that all 9 of us found the pillows to be very uncomfortable, which did stop us from getting a good night's sleep. Impressed with the staff throughout the hotel who were all friendly and provided excellent service.

We were places in the old part of the building next door. The elevator was sketchy and got stuck 2-3 times. Kids only allowed in pool area at certain times of the day Kids not allowed in rooftop bar at any time of the day

Could have been an excellent stay. It is a nice hotel and staff were very good although service at Sabine rooftop bar was a bit slow. Enjoyed the Executive lounge but the Executive room was a let down. The hotel website shows a double sofa in the room but our room didn’t have one and there wasn’t space for it so suspect our room wasn’t a normal exec room. Badly repaired carpet and the curtains were about 5 feet too long for the windows
