"This Sofitel at London Heathrow is a wonderful hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are extremely good . All is comfortable and we enjoyed our stay immensely and could recuperate well from our flights. The staff all around are super and the hotel is tastefully decorated and clean. "

Die Folgen des Brexit ....

"Keine Hilfe beim Einchecken mit dem Gepäck. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren alles andere als hilfsbereit. Der Concierge, der sich dann um das Gepäck gekümmert hat, sowohl derjenige beim Einchecken, als auch der beim Auschecken waren der einzige Lichtblick des Hotels. Das Restaurant war eine Katastrophe und brachte alles falsch, was man nur falsch bringen kann. Schade, dass UK so viele gute Servicemitarbeiter in der Gastronomie durch den BREXIT verloren hat. "
