This Holiday Inn was right by Heathrow Terminal 4 so was very convenient for me. The hotel staff were polite, calm and cheerful, and informative. The room was clean and well appointed, and the breakfast offer was very wide.

This hotel is super convenient to Heathrow airport. When arriving before check in time, we were able to store our luggage at the hotel. When leaving to catch a flight, breakfast hours are very generous so people could eat breakfast regardless of how early their flight was. We would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience with Heathrow hotel.

I loved how convenient it was staying here prior to my flight leaving from Heathrow the next morning. Also the girl looking after my check in was wonderful & we were allowed to check into our room earlier than expected which was a wonderful surprise. What I feel could be improved upon was the dining. Very small menu, and not available all day. For example breakfast, which is nice that it is free, is only served till 10am & the other side of the restaurant does not open until 11am. Unfortunately we arrived at the restaurant at 10am, thinking breakfast was served until 11am..... nothing available for us to eat prior to leaving for the airport. Thank goodness the airport had quite a few selections to choose from so we were able to enjoy a breakfast before our flight
