I love how convenient the hotel is from the airport. We used the bus to and from the hotel to the airport.Ou room is also on the road side but it is so quite.

Great stay here, very comfortable after a long night flight. Lovely feel in the reception area, with the great fragrance and flavoured water. The woman who checked us in was very polite and helpful, and the room was just what we needed, would definitely look to stay here again when flying from or into Heathrow (a plaid is also the Hoppa bus to and from the terminals)

Enjoyed our stay but there were 2 negatives. First their website indicated they have an airport shuttle. I found this misleading. The shuttle they refer to is not exclusive to this hotel. It is the Hoppa bus that stops at about 12 different hotels. The 2nd negative was the restaurant. We ate 2 dinners there as there was not a lot of options in the vicinity. Breakfast was very good but the dinners were seriously disappointing. The value was not there and at best I would only give it 3 stars.
