A hidden jewel in downtown. It’s quite the upscale hostel. Sure, you share a bathroom (very clean), but you have privacy in your own sleeping space (no bunk beds). Free parking is a challenge, but you can find it (but read the signs). Do you want to save $200 or more a night and be close to everything downtown- like Padre Stadium and Rady Shell? Then this is your place!

Brandon made my experience above and beyond, I would highly recommend this place. Clean, friendly, fun! The bedding was wonderful, beds comfortable, bathrooms had everything you could need and catered to women. Kitchen was perfect, filtered water. I had zero issues or complaints. Very centrally located. Will be back!

The customer service and hospitality here is AMAZING. The location is pretty conveniently located near public transit and it’s surrounded by good food and cafes. Brandon gave me a list of recommendations to do nearby and the hosts were very accommodating when I had to store and take out my luggage during the times I wasn’t checked in. I stayed here for the SD marathon and although it was a bit pricey for me (I booked a double for myself because that was the only thing available), the location is worth it and the shared common areas were never too busy so I always had my space :-)
