The debris on the floor, as we settled in, was concerning. We contacted the front desk and were assigned another room. The floor had trimmings of body hair in the bathroom. A call was received from the front desk to check on our new room. We requested a broom to sweep. The broom arrived and we started the collection of floor matter. The amount and variety was alarming. Pictures were taken and shared with the front desk, along with returning the broom.

The room had a bad smell. Worse than that though the wood shutters did not keep out the light. The light from the hall outside streamed fully into the room all night long. It was like daytime at night in the room. Unacceptable.
