Terrible place false advertising its bot even called baymont its westair something like that staff was soo rude and teriyaki didnt let me check in wanted me to repay my room but thankfully i was able to get a refund because of other people the hotel staff never answered

Nice lady checked us in quickly. Rooms were clean. Breakfast pretty good. The pool is only 3 feet deep but my grandsons atill enjoyed it.

Very friendly and helpful staff and very clean rooms. Great breakfast. This property is rather outdated and in need of some repair, but it's a good place to stay and central to much of the Lubbock area.

As soon as I walked in the floors were sticky and dirty to include the elevator. Once I got into my first room. Everything was unplugged. AC was off, so it was super hot.
