"Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, es war mal ein Sheraton Hotel wurde aber offensichtlich ein Wyndham verkauft und seither nicht mehr gepflegt. Im Pool ist ein Speckrand, es gibt keine Duschen, einige Dachplatten sind defekt. In der Lobby gibt es eine Bar, die aber nicht geöffnet wird. Essensreste von anderen Gästen bleiben lange stehen. Das Frühstück zeichnet sich durch viel Einwegverpackung aus und es wird nur unregelmäßig nachgefüllt."

"Schöne große und saubere Zimmer, leider Zimmerreinigung „on request“ hat nicht funktioniert, trotz Nachfrage wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt und kein Bett gemacht etc. Besonders zu empfehlen ist in der Stadt das Monument Pioneer Courage mit vielen Bronzestatuen zur Reise der Pioniere, das Museum in der alten Union Station und der Zoo."
