The bathroom was leaking and there was no phone charger. Finally, changed rooms. The hotel is very run down with carpets worn out. Only 1 elevator was working during my 2 stays and some of the stairs were not easy to find. It was very expensive for the quality of service

1960s hotel, been revamped several times but retains it's unique charm. Good view of Heathrow Airport and quiet all things considered. Shuttle bus on the hour but wouldn't take 2 of us because we had 3 large cases.

It was close to London Adro Airport, so it had good connections to the city and the airport. I was especially satisfied with the breakfast buffet.

I am hoping we could have some kind of refund for our stay. The room was just awful and dirty. There was lint from the vent falling in the bathroom outside the bathtub the caulking, and there was metal pieces falling off. I do have pictures if we could rectify this that would be a great.
