everything was perfect like always. I highly recommend this hotel, the staff is very kind and helpful. really good restaurants, hotel rooms are big and high tech.

Beim Checkout musste ich Zimmernummer und Name angeben. Persönlicher wäre gewesen, wenn Karte gescannt wird und ich direkt mit Namen angesprochen worden wäre.

Das Hotel ist top, die Lage ein Flop, aber Andermatt ja auch nicht schön. Dennoch haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in diesem aussergewöhnlichen Hotel genossen.

Ist ist Nichts, wenn man allergisch auf Duftstoffe reagiert. Obwohl es sogar im Angebot erwähnt wird, und wir es in der Bestellung hinterlegt haben hat es nicht funktioniert. Wir hatten aber eine super Unterstützung durch ebookers. Die Betten waren nicht perfekt was man für den Preis erwarten darf.
