During our stay, the air conditioning not working. The staff have managed to change a new room for us, the air conditioning is better, however the noises is so bad. Our family with two kids hardly go to sleep. Not really good experience.

Weekend Family stay

Pros: Very enjoyable breakfasts
Cons: Quality of TV pictures
Location: Very well located for the city centre, the railway station and the nightlife of Broad Street.
Very quick check-in, the room was very comfortable with two large double beds. All facilities as expected with the only disappointing thing being the poor quality of the TV pictures in the room. It did have Sky Sports so that was a bonus. The buffet breakfast was very satisfying and even at the busy times the restaurant staff were well able to cope with the usual last minute rush. Nice bar area for a quiet drink. I would certainly return to this hotel if the right price is on offer.
