"Das Hotel ist von der Lage her hervorragend. Mitten in Midtown. Sowohl der Central Park, das Rockefeller Center, Times Square, New York Public Library, Grand Central und das Empire State Building, 5th Avenue sowie der Braynt Park sind fussläufig erreichbar. Diverse Metrostationen sind direkt vor der Tür. Auch kulinarisch ist im das Hotel viel Auswahl. Das Hotel selbst ist gut aber man sieht aufgrund der hohen Gästefrequenz an der einen oder anderen Stelle Abnutzungserscheinungen(nichts störendes). Hygiene war immer gegeben. Zimmer waren immer sauber und das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Betten waren bequem und ausreichen groß. Auch für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Indoor Restaurant und Shop sehr teuer, da lieber auf umliegende Shops ausweichen. Das Einzige Manko derzeit ist die Wartung der Fahrstühle, welche regelmäßig für lange Schlangen und einige Frustmomente gesorgt hat. 10-20 min Wartezeit vor dem Fahrstuhl war nicht selten. "
