Dear Ic, Thank you very much for your feedback. I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay at The Harrington Collection. I was going through our records but I was unable to find any information regarding this. Have you mentioned this to our staff? We are normally very flexible in changing the assigned apartments, subject to availability. We really hope to welcome you back again at our residence giving us the chance to serve you better.
