Sehr kleines Bad, Boden knarrte bei jedem Schritt, Wasser im Becken lief nicht recht ab. Allgemein sehr ringhörig, sauber. Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Rezeption nettes In- und Out-Checking.

das hotel war von einem stromausfall betriffen und wir mussten ins hotel murtenhof umgesiedelt werden. schade, denn das hotel murten scheint moderner zu sein und das personal topp kompetent. gerne einmal wieder.

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss in der Altstadt (2min) auch der See ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Hat uns gefallen!

Sehr zentral gelegen. Obwohl ich alleine kam wurden mir zwei Sets an Hand-und Duschtücher bereit gelegt (Umwelt)

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Da Sie ein gratis upgrade in eine Doppelzimmer erhalten haben, obwohl Sie nur ein Einzelzimmer gebucht haben, war die Ausstattung natürlich für 2 Personen gerichtet. Normalerweise haben wir im Einzelzimmer schon nur für 1 Personen das Frottee gerichtet. Wir wünschen Ihnen alles Gute und vielleicht auf bald im Hotel Murten.
