The room was in good condition. The staff was nice. However, upon arrival after driving 5 1/2 hours we were originally told we were going to have to go to another hotel. Because there was a vacant room that was no longer vacant. Apparently that morning is when this was discovered. We didn't end up having to be the ones to move thankfully. However, even the thought of that was stressful. I would think that a call would be made prior to guests arriving to advise of the room situation. There were only a handful of cars in the parking lot so I'm not sure why there would be a room vacancy issue to begin with. Not really the best feeling that we were going to be moved and if weren't ok with that to "book somewhere else". Definitely will think about staying at another holiday inn

I Liked the hotel. The room climate control was excellent. The bed was very comfortable! The breakfast was above my expectations. The TV control was a bit difficult and limited, requiring a lot of time to search. There was no access to streaming accounts.

Checkin was fast and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. We were staying one night to go fishing the next day. I realize you can’t have the breakfast area opened all the time but to be told you can’t even touch the cereal at 5:30 in the morning is really ridiculous. There was about 6 people there at that time.

Moldy

The first floor room felt like it was in a moldy basement. There was a moist film over everything including the carpet and bathroom floor. To cover up the moldy smell they used a strong artificial fragrance that I could almost taste.
