"Room wasn’t like what the pictures displayed. We were greeted but weren’t checked into our room right away as more guest approached even tho w were their first. Staff didn’t feel very welcoming and we got out in a closet of a room."

Silly as it sounds you can fill a deep bath with scalding hot water in about 90 seconds, as an engineer at heart i find it so impressive that a hotel this size can do this 24/7.
