No wifi for the first 24 hours Key n phone was down they had to manually walk me to open my door every time I left the room n came back No room service since phone service was down Check in was shouting across the reception what my last name was n shouting my room number in front of four other guests waiting to be walked to their room Left the room at 9am, came back at 1 n room wasn’t cleaned… came back at 4 and room still wasn’t cleaned… Room was one floor under reception floor n window of room looked into the wall of a road Came back at 10 and bed was made by a kid - still kind of wrinkled and pillows just thrown to be placed Didn’t have breakfast there

The heating in room was poor. Heating on arrival set at 15 degrees (it took 6 hours to heat up to c.22 degrees, with dial up on 28). Tog level on bed inadequate with no blankets in the room. I slept in camisole, Panama’s, socks and fleece. The bathroom basin waste was blocked/very slow and needed drain cleaner/maintenance.

Room waa spotlless, decorations were lovely for Christmas. Lovely breakfast and comfy bed but check in was frustrating and very slow. Not enoigh staff on for that part of the day.
