We enjoyed our stay at Hampton by Hilton London City very much. The location was super convenient for us - close to the Aldgate East tube station. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and it was always quiet even when the hotel was busy. The buffet breakfast was well appreciated as well. No complaints :) We’d happily stay here again. Thanks to the lovely staff!

The property was as advertised and a good price. Staff at reception welcoming. Room was cclean, well laid out with all that was needed. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff, especially Adi were ver friendly and helpful. What was not nice was on checkin being told what we wouldn't be getting because we didnt book using the Hilton Honours scheme. It felt like we were tier 2 guests because we used Expedia. Also the volume on the tv was stuck at a very low volume. I respect that this might be a courtesy to guests in other rooms but unless they had bionic ears that wasnt necessary. A good hotel but not one I'd be running back to. Btw our hearing is normal.

Really enjoyed this property, clean, friendly, well appointed. Within walking distance of the Thames and key historical sites in London. Close to tube stations, although parking is really challenging. Close to Spittlefield Market, which is a lovely area to explore.

The room was very clean, the staff were extremely friendly and the morning breakfast that is included in your stay is the best I’ve ever had anywhere. The hotel location is very convenient as it is located near the Aldgate East and the White Chapel underground stations. The White Chapel area is not the best from a feeling of safety but we had no incidents. This is an affordable 4 star hotel and we would definitely book here again.

Love the vibes, cleanliness and the room is so spacious. The only thing I hope that they will consider is a complimentary bottled water for every night you will stay not just on the first day and I hope there are free movies to watch to keep guest entertained in their room.

Good location, quiet room, check-in by friendly staff and received welcoming messages from Parth and Roham. Everything was great on the first day but the housekeepers ruined it on the next day. Two cleaners consistently knocked on my door before 9am then woke me up. Can’t hear whey said so I opened the door a bit, one the cleaners pointed at her watch. I believed they want to clean the room. I only stay one night and the check-out time is 11am. I feel like they were pushing me to leave the room.
