I enjoyed my stay overall at Dreams Onyx in Punta Cana. The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The staff was friendly throughout my visit, and I didn’t experience any negative attitudes. Breilin, in particular, was a great concierge and very helpful during my stay. There were a couple of minor issues. One day, housekeeping replaced the towels but forgot to restock washcloths, and it took over an hour for them to be delivered after I called. The food was somewhat hit or miss depending on the restaurant and menu selection, but I was still able to find meals I enjoyed. I would recommend upgrading to the Preferred Club for added convenience. Having a butler can help resolve small room concerns more quickly and make the experience smoother. You can also conveniently book excursions directly at the resort. Overall, despite a few small hiccups, I would return and had a good experience.

We absolutely loved this resort! The room was always spotless and very spacious. The food was fantastic. The pools and beach were lovely. We never had any trouble finding chairs. But what truly made our trip unforgettable were the staff. They really made our vacation special. We brought our 10-year-old daughter and 9-year-old nephew, and they never complained of boredom or used electronics at all during the week! It was an amazing vacation.

Poor food, few choices, food stale at times. Pool privacy poor with surrounding rooms. For a World of Hyatt property, could’ve done a lot better.

La habitación estaba limpia, la comida buffet estuvo buena y con gran variedad, el restaurante a la carta de carnes y el italiano también muy buenos. Los tragos en la piscina tenían buena calidad, cosa rara en un all inclusive. Tuvimos el servicio de concierge con Breiner y nos atendió muy cortésmente, inclusive, nos envió una sorpresa a la habitación por nuestro aniversario de casados.

The staff was absolutely the best part of my stay! I was assigned someone to personally help me during my stay. His name is Henry. There arent enough words to say how amazing & attentive Henry was. He contacted me every morning, sent the schedule of daily activities around the property. And made sure my friend had a cake for her birthday. I've stayed at a lot of resorts, the staff at Dream Onyx is the best I've encountered.
