We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The rooms were noticeably smaller than depicted in the photos. Parking is not complimentary. Mobile phone reception was extremely limited, and the Wi-Fi connection was very slow. If asked whether I would choose to stay at this hotel again in the future, my answer would be no. There are several other hotels in the area that offer better value within the same price range. The only positive aspect of our stay was the breakfast, which offered a decent selection of food and good quality. Additionally, the hotel provides an on-site laundry facility that was clean and well maintained.

Terrible and misleading service This hotel advertises a free airport shuttle every 40 minutes. That is absolutely not true. We waited 1 hour and 45 minutes outside in the freezing cold with three children before the shuttle finally arrived. To make things worse, when we called the hotel to ask about the delay, the receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive, simply saying “it is what it is” instead of offering any explanation or apology. Misleading information, no accountability, and zero empathy for families traveling with kids. This was a terrible first impression and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend relying on their shuttle service at all.
