This hotel is old and run down. There were no hand towels. We had rags and towels only. The comforter had a burn mark. There was a lot of dirt and dust behind the Tv dresser. We enjoyed the slides and pool. The room was clean amd updated. The only issue was yhe water pressure in the showers. There was not a lpt of pressure to wash the soap off. The staff was friendly.

This was my first time to Punta Cana and we had a wonderful time at the majestic Colonial. I knew going into it that it was due for a remodel so I had an open mind but overall it was amazing and service was top notch. If we return to the Dominican Republic, we will definitely stay here again.
