This resort was just overall an “okay” resort! The food was our least favorite part! I would rate the food here a 1/10! We ended up getting food poisoning after eating at their steakhouse restaurant. The resort does get pretty noisy around 1pm and 8pm-1030/11pm! If you have babies/toddlers, I do not suggest staying here as the noise level is pretty loud especially during nap time. There was also a day when something downstairs from us was being renovated so there was a lot of noise. It woke our little boy up. The employees are so/so. They seem more arrogant than helpful. I had to call multiple times for them to bring something up such as a food item or for housekeeping. The buffet offers a variety of food but the quality is very poor! It’s actually disgusting. Our toddler refused to eat there… that should tell you something. Overall, disappointed in this resort.

The staff was great. The food was delicious. They offered many options. Their buffet was spectacular in that serves walk by and provide cuts of various meats, sausages and chicken options. The pools are cleaned daily. My only complain would be that they cannot host large families in their restaurants without having to pay/spend a certain amount to get the "big" table. They could accommodate groups of 8, but 12 was too many and we had to reserve by purchasing bottles or ensuring we would spend at least $300, which is a bit much considering we already paid for all inclusive. But their food, service and rooms were great

We had such an amazing time at Hilton Cancún Mar Caribe. Room service was top tier, the Italian restaurant totally stole the show, and the pools were the kind you never want to leave. The beach was gorgeous, the kids zone kept our little ones happily busy every single day, and the entire resort looked beautifully cared for. Our oceanfront upgrade was super affordable and the views were honestly next-level. Nights were full of energy with fun shows, and the splash bar kept us happily fueled with piña coladas and strawberry daiquiris from sunrise to sunset. Booking tours right in the lobby was a breeze, and our 7.5 hour Chichén Itzá tour was a huge highlight. The kids loved every moment and we’d go back in a heartbeat. A few small things to note at the end: the buffet had so many options it was almost overwhelming, the splash pad water stayed cold because of the shade, and the beach waves can get pretty strong. But overall it was a fantastic post Thanksgiving vacation stay and such a memorable trip for our family!

The resort was very clean and the staff was very helpful and provided great service. The food was average, but the servers were top notch. Rita the server on the beach was beyond exceptional. She went out of her way to provide us with friendly and sincere hospitality and service. She is the main reason for my 5 star rating!! The beach was clean with spectacular color.

The whole resort was spotless and well maintained. Our room was spacious and had plenty of closet and drawer space. The bathroom was well laid out and the best shower and water pressure. Our balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean, pool and we could watch the shows at Chala Sky Bar. All staff was very friendly and the food was very good. We ate in every restaurant! Special mention to Fernando Zavales in the La Luce Bar, Server - Daniel in La Luce Restaurant, Ricardo in Guest Services and Donovan and Esteban in Mexal who made our last night so memorable with an amazing dinner from Tequila tasting through to a Mexican Coffee like no other! The shows were entertaining and the resort was lively but not crazy, respect for all guests, families with young children to couples and singles. We didn't use the pool as we go for the beach and sea but the pool looked well maintained and had a fun kids area, plenty of lounges and outdoor snack area. We will definitely be back!
