This was my first time coming to Cancun and my experience was horrible staying at the Krystal. The trip(Hotel stay) was horrible from check in to check out. The employees were rude they did not provide the guest with the proper amount of towels or items that were supposed to be complimentary in the all inclusive package. The food was like eating slop and they don't tell you until you look at the menu that the slop is free and the eatable food is not included in the inclusive package i actually lost 5 pounds during my stay due to horrible food. If you go to Cancun I DO NOT RECOMEND THE KRYSTAL you WILL be disappointed. If i could give them no stars i would.

I definitely recommend this place to stay especially if you’re traveling with your little ones. You have the beach in front and different pools within the hotel. The area is very nice. Accesible to get around walking

I am 65 European, traveled the world over and wanted to give a week vacation for my Daughter's Graduation. I am so embarrassed to stayed in this hotel, absolutle dirty, no towels, tv remote broken, broken chairs on the balcony, safe had to be reset, air-conditioning not working too cold couldn't be manipulated, elevators were incredibly slow and we waited 5 minutes once inside of one just to get downstairs, horrible front desk staff that never answered the phone we had to go downstairs to speak to somone personally, the manager of the hotel was absolutely usless and didnt compensate us let alone care for any of the issues we had, the service to rent cars was also a huge scam-they overcharged us hidden fees that were not on the contract, and lastly 4 star hotel? More like a negative 4 star hotel. Avoid this place at all cost.

Checking in was incredibly frustrating, and I was not informed that the inclusive package I thought I purchased was not actually included. As a result, I had to pay for everything individually, while my friends—who were all part of the same group—had the benefits. It’s unacceptable that the staff failed to communicate this to me. Additionally, there were serious issues with the elevators, as some guests got stuck, which meant they were out of service for the entire duration of my stay. The pool also did not meet expectations. Overall, the service and facilities fell short of what was promised.
