Nizuc Resort and Spa was a truly luxurious experience food. The suites were beautiful. Service from staff was excellent. There was paddle-boarding, kayaking, and snorkeling that was included for free. Everything was very clean. I would definitely return for another getaway

The spa was very relaxing and personal. I think we both looked 10 years younger after our spa and facia treatment. The staff, I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Staff. But one person in particular. Hector was amazing! If anybody gets the meet Hector at the Havana lounge, you will not be disappointed! The live music at the Havana was also perfect!

Nizuc Resort and Spa is absolutely beautiful and the perfect place to relax. The grounds are stunning, and the atmosphere feels peaceful from the moment you arrive. The spa is truly world-class, one of the best I’ve ever experienced, and the service throughout the resort was nothing short of superior. Every staff member went above and beyond to make the stay special. The food was consistently good, with a variety of options to enjoy. A special shout-out to Luis, who was especially kind and welcoming, his warmth and professionalism really stood out and made our experience even better. If you’re looking for luxury, relaxation, and exceptional service, I highly recommend Nizuc Resort and Spa.

The reason it’s 1 star is the following; Food is Very expensive and doesn’t reflect money spent- not 5 star quality Beach is terrible 1 star not 5 Breakfast is terrible The only good thing is the Room- so if you want to stay in the room in “5 star” resort- it’s your choice
