We loved staying here! The hotel and staff and food was great. My only complaint is they don’t have hot tubs. It was a beautiful, clean, fun place. Their beach is great. The bus is super easy to navigate the strip and is right across the street for a dollar. The ferry to Isla Mujeres is practically next door.

Our family (grandparents and our 20 month old) came last month and we had a great time! Customer service was great from the start. Check-In was easy and quick with a welcoming drink. Rooms were clean, just the outlets for usb wasn’t all working. House keeping was great the whole time and drinks were kept full each day, we asked for extra water. The restaurants were all pretty good with excellent service. Servers were all friendly and kept drinks full and plates clear. The buffet was probably one of the best I’ve see and had. So many varieties of food. They have theme nights which was great! Mexican night was our favourite of course. Diego at the Sport Bar was awesome! recommended some tequilas to bring home. Pools area had seatings at all times, the beach had more seatings and the water was clear with very little seaweed. Overall great experience and would highly recommend. Just not a lot of things to do if you have kids.

We stayed at the resort the majority of the time so reviews are based on that. Pros: - Staff was friendly and kind. They're all hard workers and I hope they're compensated fairly. - Several pool options to swim in and lay by. - Loved that the beach was easily accessible and surprisingly quiet a few feet away from the pools despite having loud music playing around the pools. - I really liked that there were several dinner options to choose from. As my boyfriend said, "it's like a cruise without the motion sickness!" Cons: - A major reason we chose this hotel was because it stated on Expedia that water sports activities were included, specifically "wind surfing." When we spoke with the staff, they directed us with 3rd party vendors ordering excursions. We went to those vendors and were told they didn't offer that water sport. After researching the area, we found out that the closest wind surfing activity was a 10 min drive away. We were definitely disappointed and felt misled by this false marketing. - Our hotel room wasn't entirely clean. I wiped down some areas of the room that looked dirty and it came off (i.e., fake tan prints on parts of the headboard). Set stains were evident on sheets, comforters, and towels. I assume they were all washed and cleaned but it still feels icky to see those stains even if they were set stains.
