Restaurants at night are the highlight. Buffet is sub par. Beach location is poor and smells with dirty water. Bar staff and some other staff are not as friendly as other all inclusives in the area. Property and rooms are run down and in need of a major renovation. And for goodness sake, keep pools and hot tubs open past 7. Beach is poor in this area so that’s not an option. Also, top pool deck should not close at 7. Many guests need spaces to get away from the crowd and party for a bit. Don’t close off these spaces so early in an adult only resort.

Odalys set us up at the Expedia front desk with an upgraded room in the area we like for amour anniversary! All of the morning and lunch buffet guys are always my favorite. Jorge the wine and champagne guy was awesome. Bartenders always take great care of my wife.

We stayed in the playful Towers with an ocean view. Our stay was very nice (AC was too cold) but other then that everything was amazing. the staff all amazing everywhere. Front desk Hayver and Odaly's were super helpful even gave us an additional hour to pack up past check out since we lost track of time. The waiters and waitress at the food places where all amazing We took the hobie cat out wind surfing and enjoyed the beach water was super presurable even for hurricane season. if stormed almost everyday but they just brought the party inside for us. Room service did a great job every day with cleaning our room and doing turn down service every night. overall super pleased. and will definitely be regular members.

Staff were rude. Room had no AC. Called maintenance 3xs over it. Finally moved us to new room but wouldn’t refund the cost to upgrade rooms for the 1st night we paid with no AC. Night life here is fun with great music. 50-60 year old people continuously had sex in the pool in the open. Definitely wasn’t attractive! Not much of a crowd for 30-40 year olds. At least not when we went.
