The room needs attention.

My experience at Ziva Cap Cana, a 5-star resort, was disappointing. Everything was fine, but the downside was the room itself. I paid for an upgrade to access a private pool, and the room had mold. I could smell the mold. Hopefully, they can take care of that issue. I stayed in room 3106. Also, the food on the Mercado was rancid, I had shrimps that I could not eat.

One of the best all inclusive hotels I’ve been to. Service is top notch and food is amazing quality. It’s not the bland low quality foods you get when you go to an all inclusive. Food was on consistent one day look like they use 2 different meat on the same plate it was lomo salteado Peruvian restaurant some meat was soft some where hard.. big point very limited on top shelf liquor for they vip smart business for them but not for customers also they should have the blind butcher for free when you book x amount day on the hotel I not cheap to give something back for those who stay at least 4 nights like the old day and the fact that the beach was no even 1 out 10 need to balance the sheets. The staff at this resort are truly what make the property outstanding. From the moment we arrived, they exceeded our expectations with their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. In particular, Francisco P. at reception went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and memorable, his attention to detail and willingness to help made our entire family vacation exceptional. Hansel from the entertainment team also stood out, keeping us engaged in fun activities throughout our stay. Thanks to him, my children were always happy, active, and entertained, which allowed us to relax and fully enjoy the experience as a family. Another highlight was the food. Every meal we enjoyed was prepared with clear dedication and passion. Each dish was cooked to perfection, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. From breakfast to dinner, the quality and consistency were outstanding, truly some of the best meals we’ve had at a resort. What impressed us most overall was the genuine service. The staff didn’t just provide excellent hospitality; they made us feel valued and cared for at every step of our stay. It is this combination of exceptional staff, delicious food, and thoughtful service that has left such a lasting impression. Because of this remarkable experience, we are already planning our next vacation at Hyatt.
