This was our frist time to this resort and we loved it. People were great, the pool was awesome and food really good. We would come back again. The RUI part night are something to see for sure!

I have traveled to Cancun several times and stayed at many resorts and this by far was the most underwhelming. First, they did not have an airport shuttle , instead i had to book my private shuttle. Then i arrive , and there is no welcome drink or a bellboy to begin coordinating my bag drop off. When i went to check in they informed my room would be ready at 3, however, when i returned to for my keys I was told it would be an additional hour. In my opinion, if check in is at 3 the room should be ready no later than 3:15. While i waited i attempted to get my taxi coordinated for the following evening for a dinner off resort. The customer service rep stared at me blankly and said •oh a bell boy does that” then nothing. She did not go get the bell boy or give me directions on who they were. FINALLY , at 4:30 i get into my room and i had given my bags to the door man who told me he would ensure my bags got to my room. Thirty minutes go by, and i call the front desk asking where my luggage is and they say its on the way. An additional 30 minutes go by and still no luggage, i go down to front desk to inquire about my missing luggage and find out the doorman just put it in a storing room and never sent out , he then proceeds to yell at me saying its not his fault and not his job! That seemed to be the attitude of the entire staff! After getting settled in, i was able to get dinner, the food is fine overall, but cold. The spa doesn’t even have bed warmers. I wouldn’t go back.
