Our stay has been absolutely phenomenal.
From the moment of our arrival we felt fully attended to.
The service offered was superb and everyone was friendly and professional, especially Yoan at the front desk.
Our room was very clean and well maintained, though it seemed a little dated. I do think that the rooms will need an update soon, but there truly is nothing major to complain about. Stocked minibar is included.
Erika from housekeeping has been great and our room looked fresh every day.
Food options are endless. A large selection of À la carte restaurants are included, though it is tricky to get a hold of a table. You have to be up early, then booking a table through the app is quite easy. The Buffet was fantastic. An insane variety is offered with every meal and I truly didn't try anything poorly made; Great attention to detail and authenticity for the themed dinner nights. Waiters are fast and attentive. Bartenders at the pool and lobby bars are phenomenal - they know every drink by heart and mix them perfectly. Shoutout to Gabriel.
The outdoors are beautifully maintained. The resort is located in a big mangrove-rain forest. The animals living on the property do no harm and are totally chill. The pools and the beach are being cleaned every day.
Overall great resort with fantastic amenities; we spent a wonderful week!
