From the moment we arrived, we knew we had *finally* picked the right place. The staff is absolutely fantastic, offering a warm greeting that set a positive tone for our entire stay. The property itself is stunning! Truly "wow" worthy—with outstanding attention to detail. Our pool room was a dream; it offered direct access to a gorgeous infinity pool with breathtaking ocean views right outside our door! We loved the convenience of having everything on-site, including a great selection of restaurants, bars, shops, and even a Starbucks. Unlike other resorts in the area that made leaving feel difficult, this property was completely accommodating. A special shout-out to Joshua, who was an absolute pleasure! He handled a couple of small issues with incredible grace, understanding, and professionalism. Words can't express how amazing he is! A huge thank you, Joshua and the entire team! Not only will we be back to this Cancun location, but we are now excited to visit all your properties. You have won guests for life.

The property need improvement. I was on the 7th floor and the elevator don't work .. has to Use the stairs many times . Also the rooms had a humidity smell, and The AC wasn't working properly. The food at the buffet was AWFUL. But the good thing about this Property is the people .. but thats about it.

El hotel es bonito solo que hay un area en construcion y le da una vista un poquita desagradable pero hay que entender que esta situacion de remodelaciones suelen pasar y en un futuro tener mas areas de recreacion y mejores condiciones en hoteles, las habitaciones estan limpias y buenas condiciones el personal es atento y serviciales mi experiencia en este hotel fue buena pase unos dias agradables con mi familia en este lugar

The staff is very friendly and overral we love the hotel but this visit was horrible the elevator dropped us from the 2nd floor and we hit the ground hard and there was no medical attention provided all they did was upgrade our room for 1 night with a jacuzzi that was not even working anf the lights woulg go out every couple of hours.
