The reception worker when I check in with my family .He lied to me siad that my room was ocean view when was pool view so when I confronted he said my manager tell me to give you tha room.The cleaning service is the worse and when you ask for something to the receptionist they said don’t we got it 1:25 later I have to ask somebody from the staff and finally gotten

I used to stay at a different property every time I visited Cancun, this was the first time to an all inclusive hotel and I will say it's one of the best times I've ever had, especially with the swim up pool room will definitely be back next year again, but staying longer this time. For more relaxing moments.

Food was good, only the staff were so rude and not respectful. They gave us hard time with the extra cost they obligated us to pay when we arrived to the hotel. It wasn’t all inclusive, even that we had the reservation all inclusive. When we asked them each one of the staff gave us a different number to pay, then we talked to the manager, and he said if you don’t like it, leave your room, which was so rude from him, and show us that he doesn’t have any management skills. We had to pay that extra cost that they mentioned because we didn’t have any other options especially that we have kids with us which was so embarrassing to us.

I think the restaurants AC need to be updated since I had to step out for air multiple times or have outdoor seating for those who need natural air which was cooler than the inside at the time we were there. Also, the reserved restaurants have the same menu daily so we had to eat the same thing multiple times. Believe the menu should change daily since most people vacation period is for a week. Staff service was excellent except that one staff cursed in spanish and think we didn't understand. The others were very nice throughout our stay. Kids pool was slippery and need more attention. Otherwise, lovely property, great and hard working staff. Happy to be there
