Nice resort with a good variey of dining. Staff was curteous and friendly.My favorite restaurant was the steakhouse. It's good for a family vacation. We spent 3 nights. The kids area needs some updating and more games to keep the kids occupied

The first night the water from the shower kept overflowing out into the bathroom, we called guest services and they said they would send someone, no one ever came. The concierge and guest services were not very helpful. The next day we had to ask for a room change, they were not apologetic about the issues with the shower and us requesting a room change. This made us lose a whole day of packing and changing rooms, when we could've been at the beach or the pool. We waited for a bell boy to come show us to the new room, we called twice and they never came, so we had to go downstairs and tell them to show us to our room. The new room the door handle was coming off the door. When we came back later that day our wristbands had been deactivated and the guest services were again not apologetic. They never offered an upgrade or a refund. The staff at the spa, waiters, bell boys, and valet were very nice and welcoming. But the people checking you in and the concierge were not helpful at all.

Room was clean and the staff did a nice job keeping it tidy. Small annoyances prevailed on a daily basis, though. No shower gel one day. No wash cloth the next. Minor things, but it did require a phone call to the front desk. The property is beautiful. Well kept. I thought the food was nice. My two travel partners had stomach issues. Not sure where it came from. I did notice many guests not washing hands after using the restroom. Also, the hand sanitizer stations located within the buffet restaurant seemed a bit finicky. Sometimes they pumped out the gel, other times not. Making dinner reservations was a royal PITA. Standing on a long line to meet with the one person on the resort who could take reservations…not my idea of a relaxed vacation. This is despite having pad for the”enclave” upgrade. I go to Cancun often and will likely not return to Hilton properties. There are better places for less money.

My family, including two daughters and my husband, spent five wonderful days at the hotel. I can say with certainty that we will definitely be back. The staff is very friendly and gives 100% to make your vacation unforgettable. The food is delicious and fresh, the rooms are spacious, and every little detail is thought out for a comfortable stay. Carlos and the entire team responsible for the evening entertainment were magnificent! Unfortunately, we didn’t participate much in the morning pool program, but it looked like a lot of fun. Thank you to everyone—the buffet staff, the villa team, the restaurant crews, the bartenders, and the reception desk—for an unforgettable vacation!

We were extremely disappointed with our recent stay. We had specifically booked a joint room, but our reservation was completely mishandled. Instead of being placed together, we were assigned rooms on different floors. It wasn’t until I complained that we were even moved to the same floor. Check‑out was at 12 PM, but because of the issues we experienced, we didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast. In the past, we’ve always been allowed to grab a quick bite after check‑out, but this time we were told we would have to pay to use the amenities. I even asked if I could get something small for my toddler, and the front desk staff still insisted we would need to pay. This felt incredibly inconsiderate. We chose this resort because it was advertised as family‑friendly, but our experience was the opposite. The nighttime entertainment was so loud that we could hear it clearly from the 10th floor. For families with young children who go to bed early, this is a major issue and made our stay very uncomfortable. Overall, the service, the lack of accommodation for families, and the mishandling of our reservation made this stay extremely disappointing.

We had the most wonderful time! We went for a long weekend for a girls trip. The room was very clean and the hotel was well maintained. The pools had amazing service and a great view/access of the ocean. The staff were very nice and attentive. The shows for entertainment were fun. My only complaint was reservations for the dining due to us being a big group, but everything ended up working out!
