Staff was absolutely amazing attentive, helpful and friendly. Le Cap was supper delicious and the sommelier was precise with his wine recommendations. The El Presidente hotel beach is the most beautiful in Cancun. Excellent relaxing vibe throughout the resort.

The resort was extremely clean, staff were wonderful and the food at two restaurants was very good. I usually stay at larger resorts and it was nice being somewhere smaller. Always room on the beach! I would definitely stay again. The spa was top notch!

Reserved a king bed room. Arrived at 8pm and room was still not ready. Waited 35 minutes and then was placed in two queens room instead of King. Stayed five nights and checked multiple times for potential move to king room. Never accommodated. Also hotel wouldn’t honor resort credit advertised in my purchase thru Expedia. And they wouldn’t give me my IHG points as a rewards member because I booked through Expedia.
