Krystal Cancun was so much fun! The lady in the front desk - seems to be a bit rude- She has to be more careful because people comes from different places of the world and sometimes we are use to high customer service. A High Recognition to Artemio- ( Life Saver) He should be one of the best workers at this hotel. He saved my Life- we will be thankful Forever. ( so sad he does not have some more equipment to do his job easier) I will definitely recommend to Family and Friends.

The hotel, beach area, and pool were all beautiful and clean. Most of the employees were helpful and polite. The hotel is located walking distance from a lot of shops and restaurants which was very convenient. The hotels included breakfast buffet included delicious options for everybody. We did, however, have a few complaints.. The hotel requires a wristband to enter and use the facilities, which is fine, but when we entered just to check in at the desk, we were rudely and persistently, asked about our wristbands and told we can’t come in without them. Secondly, the security guard on the facility and the security measures around the hotel made it feel slightly like a low security prison. Additionally, all access points to the beach were cut off and blocked at a certain time without our knowledge before hand, causing us to get locked out of the hotel on the beach one night… we had to walk a few blocks down the beach and then take the main street to the front entrance in order to get back inside. Lastly, when we arrived to our room, we did not have a remote for the TV or the bathrobes promised. It took one day and three separate requests to get a remote for the television.

Great location! We could walk to beach, shop and restaurants close. It’s a bit worn down with cracked vanity, tiles on floor cracked. But housekeeping kept it clean. We really didn’t spend much time in the room.

This is a great option in regards to the ocean location for the price compared to Ziva Nextdoor, though the staff are pretty harsh in comparison. They have wristbands for entry and even to get a towel will fight with you if you had a towel the day before they deemed you may have in your room (It was put in the towel shack after they closed the day before) They would not allow a second towel, not an option. reserved a room with two queen beds and told me they didn’t have any available. I purchased on Expedia, specifically stated two beds confirmed on the reservation - so you may want to call them in advance to ensure they will honor your order. The staff was quite dismissive. All in all the check in and out process doesn’t have a luxurious resort style due to the policies and staff. The waves were perfect, and we got a free cabana bed on the beach one of the days which was great. I bought floaties there, and rented boogie boards from the staff.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely disrespectful, and I felt as though we were being unfairly treated, almost as if they were viewing us as thieves. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and it negatively impacted our stay.

Firstly, when we booked our stay, we specifically reserved a room with two double beds. However, upon arrival, we were given a room with one king bed instead. Despite raising this issue multiple times with your staff and even providing our booking confirmation as proof, no resolution was offered. This was highly inconvenient for us and not what we had initially paid for. Secondly, while we understand that our stay was not all-inclusive, we did wish to dine at the hotel occasionally. Unfortunately, we found that the menu options were extremely limited, with nearly every dish containing pork. Given that we do not eat pork, it was frustrating that there were no alternative protein options such as chicken or beef available. This lack of variety made dining at the hotel difficult for us. Lastly, the elevators were extremely slow, which made moving between floors a frustrating experience. We often had to wait an excessive amount of time, which was inconvenient, especially during peak hours. We had expected a more accommodating and efficient experience from your establishment, and we are disappointed by the lack of resolution and consideration regarding these issues.
