The properties is really nice. All the staff are really nice. They’re always trying to help you Rodrigo in the front desk was really helpful and nice. Also, Pascual and Carlos in the buffet were very nice I can’t wait to go back.

One of the pools (the entertainment pool) was heated the last 4 days of our trip. Not refreshing at all on 80 degree days. Also, my black and white bathing suit is now black and light green!!! Not happy! The food at the lunch buffet had cold foods that should have been warm (meat, vegetables).

We enjoyed our stay at the RIU. The hotel is a little dated. The restaurants were good. Wish they had a few more shopping type stores and more dining options around the pool, but overall great experience.
