Large and super clean room. The staff is friendly and attentive and the food was really good. Drinks were great and I love the four-bottle alcohol dispenser in the room. You can pick your four bottles via the app. We did t use it much, but it was a nice touch. The resort is smaller than we thought. The entertainment team did a great job by offering engaging activities and great shows both at the pool and the theater after dinner.

Clean room, great view. Food was above average, the buffets were much better than the specialty restaurants. Be leery of the stated $850 resort credit it is really just multiple coupons offering minor discounts for the various resort services.

Rooms were clean,staff very helpful and friendly. Food quality was noot good, al.ost same items in buffet menu,other ala carte restaurant had very limited menu. Juice selection also need to be improved. Location is good, beach and beach activities were good too. Overall an average place but considering the cost, it's good deal.

Without a doubt, I had a great experience during my stay at the RIU Palace Peninsula. What stood out the most, was how immensely courteous, accommodating and pleasant all the staff was. From the initial check in process until the last minute after check out, the staff made sure it was a smooth and easy process for me. I have no complaints of the staff. Room was received and kept clean and tidy, with housekeeping doing daily rounds. Only complaint about the room, was the slow drainage in the shower. It allowed for water to accumulate very easily, allowing for soapy water to settle in the floor a long time after finishing one’s shower. There was a jacuzzi bath present in the room, however, I do not utilize it during my stay. Otherwise, room size was perfect. Staff always made sure to have the mini fridge stocked up without you having to alert them.Wished room service menu was more diversified since the options available were not the greatest. Otherwise, number of restaurants available at the premises were great. Loved that service was based on a first come first serve basis instead of making reservation days ahead. Pool service was phenomenal. Huge thank you to Montiel and Leo for the amazing service they provided to me the few days the weather allowed me to enjoy the pool.

Staff was very accommodating when ceiling leaked and was downgraded to top floor in villa. When bringing to their attention it was too difficult to constantly take those flights with an injured back, they upgraded to ground floor, which could not have been any better. So appreciative for the accommodation. Made our vacation extra special.
