The Arcadian Hotel

"Leider können wir von diesem Hotel nur abraten. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist nicht gewillt mit einem zu sprechen, sondern hängt mit Kopfhörern über dem Tresen. Oder man schaut sich während des Services lieber Videos auf dem Tablet an. Beim Check In werden Zahlungen von einem verlangt, aber auch nicht erklärt wofür. Erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen konnte uns eine zweite Mitarbeiterin erklären, dass es sich bei der Zahlung um eine Kaution handeln würde. Sie konnte aber auch erst weiterhelfen nachdem sie mit ihren Privatgesprächen fertig war. So unmotiviertes und unwissendes Personal geht in einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse gar nicht finden wir. Das was hier als "interkontinentales" Frühstück bezeichnet wird, ist eine absolute Frechheit, trockene Toastscheiben und Muffins werden da auf den Tisch gelegt, geschweigedenn das es vernünftige Sitzmöglichkeiten gibt. Einzig positives ist die Sauberkeit."
