The only problem that I had with my room is one piece of tile was lose. Unfortunately it is the point of entry/exit for the jacuzzi. Luckily i held on the wall to break my fall but I can for see a bad accident especially if intoxicated. Ieft my comment at the front desk. Hopefully it's fixed before the next guests arrival. Other than that I have no complaints. The resort is beautiful, the food delicious and the staff was freindly. Make sure to make you reservation for Spice (hibachi restaurant) at least a week before you arrive.

The beach is not the best… so if you like to see light blue water this resort is not for you. The service is amazing the room is clean food was 7/10 and spa was a 10/10.

Staff were the best in all areas!!! George especially at the grill. Pools were clean and beautiful.. nice selection of restaurants., room was lovely with a plunge pool and whirlpool. The only thing that disappointed us was the beach. Seaweed and sand was dark which made the water look dark and uninviting.

The entire staff was great. The resort was beautiful. The food was good despite the bad reviews. The only complaint was the shower in the room. I wish it had a door to avoid the water from coming out and it did clog. I would stay here again.

The 2-story room with the plunge pool was soooo nice. We loved everything about our stay. The food and the staff were great. My birthday was well spent! will definitely come back.

Staff did not care to make the customers happy, limited clean classes for room daily, room phone broken, overall restaurants moderate and edible. Only amazing restaurant is sushi. Seaweed season on beach and rocky water. Activities were very boring and resort night life was boring and quiet during weekdays. Spa extremely overpriced even with discount. Did not enjoy my time there. Also they try to trick you between ocean front and ocean view rooms. Only executive rooms are on beach.

I am amazed. After 2 years since I visited Dominican Republic, I returned with my Fiancée to celebrate our 2 year anniversary. We had an incredible time, 80% of that was to the ambiance, the incredible, top notch service we received from ALL staff members. From the servers in all restaurants to the bartenders, the check in personnel, the live entertainment staff team. We did not want to leave. It was a joke in paradise. Beautiful hotel, extremely clean and neat. The fact is delicious. If you want a perfect, quiet getaway this Palace is the place to go.
Alvin would make an expresso martini for me every night. Literally the best I’ve had. I’ll miss them both
This part of the hotel was sanctuary. Peaceful, quiet with the ducks and pond.

Spent my 31st birthday at this beautiful resort and it was amazing! From the moment you arrive to EEC, the way you’re treated and taken care of was a plus. Plenty of things to do around the property, the restaurants were great for an all inclusive. If you upgrade to the excellence club package you’ll have top shelf drinks and access to magna where you can order a 45. oz tomahawk! Emilio always made sure I was taken care of. Eloy, Jeniffer, Cesarina, Epifanin and Helen were amazing at the Excellence Club locations. So many laughs and great drinks but overall it was a great experience! Dariel who is in charge of entertainment too, real humble kid who made me feel welcomed and just like I was at home. The spa and hydrotherapy sessions are a must and believe me, you’ll walk out feeling brand new.. 5/5
